Whose life is it anyway?

‘Nid bod ond byw’ is the Welsh for ‘not existing but living’. It was my old school motto and I have to admit it’s had more of a bearing on me in my mid 3os than it ever did when I was in my teens.

I can’t think of better words of advice to pass on to someone than to live each moment, seizing the day rather than merely existing and plodding on.

So it is that I make the most of life, living each day as though it’s going to be my last. I’ll try to share some of my experiences in this blog, along with odd thoughts and ramblings.
